Kithala Resort - Thema Collection, Tissamaharama

I had such a lovely stay at the hotel, which offered beautifully decorated rooms and a gorgeous pool. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the food was excellent with special accommodations made for us when needed. The proximity to Yala National Park made it an ideal choice, but I wish the dining options could have included a bit more variety.

My experience at the hotel was disappointing due to the poor check-in process and lackluster customer service. While the food was tasty, the staff's attitude left much to be desired.
